- Contact tech support by clicking the link "Forgotten your username or password?" on https://archokc.safeenvironment.org/login/. DO NOT create a new account.
- I didn't meet the deadline to complete my next course, and it seems my account has been deleted. What happened?
- If there has been no activity on your account indicating that you plan to complete the next course, your account may have been suspended. Contact the Safe Environment Coordinator at [email protected] to get your account reinstated. DO NOT create a new account.
- The people I asked to provide me a reference have not completed the task. What can I do?
- Please resend them this link and remind them: https://holyspiritmustang.org/set-references.
- Or email Karen Wilson ([email protected]) a name, email address, and phone number of someone else who will be a reference. Remember, no relatives (in-laws are considered relatives). After sending the information for the new reference, send them the link above so they can submit information through the online form.
